Prices	All prices include a one-color imprint in one location. Set-up charges(s) not included.
Set-Up Charges	$125.00 (R) & up. (Non-refundable)
Running Charges	$0.50 (R) per color per location. (Non-refundable)
PMS Match	No charge matched as clearly as possible.
Virtual Proof	No charge 1st proof with an order. $100 (R) per additional proof.
Artwork	The artwork in PC versions: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. Artwork should be separated for each imprint color. E-mail to: brianm.pgp65@yahoo.com
Pre-Production Time	2-3 weeks after set-up charges and artwork have been received.
Pre-Production Sample	$200.00 (R) & up each depends on each item plus set-up charge and shipping. (non-refundable)
F.O.B. Point	Minneapolis, Minnesota. Freight prepaid and added to invoice unless otherwise specified.
Drop Shipment	$12.50 (R) plus shipping for each additional address.
Lead Time	No imprint: 3~5 days, subject to availability. Imprint: 8~10 weeks, long lead-time required for large quantity orders.
Under Runs/Overruns	Every effort will be made to sip the exact quantity ordered. However, for imprinted merchandise, we reserve the right to ship and bill up to 2% over or under the quantity of the order.
Custom Color	Available upon request.
Under Minimum	Less than $150.00, plus $12.0 (R) handling. Only available for un-imprinted merchandise in master pack quantities.
Special Package	Available upon request.
Split Package	$20.00 (R) per item.
Returns	• All sales are final for imprinted merchandise (no returns or refunds). • 25% restocking charge for un-imprinted merchandise. • All returns must be authorized by PGP, Inc. personnel. Unauthorized returns may be returned freight to the sender. • All returns must be shipped by freight prepaid and packed by original package. All returns are credit memo only.
Payment Method	• 50% when the order is placed (Non-refundable), balance to be prepaid or Net 15 days approved Credit. • Visa and Master Card accepted. • Placing of an order with PGP, Inc. implies acceptance of the above terms of sale. Prices and Terms are subject to change without notification.
